Vox is a major antagonist in the adult animated series Hazbin Hotel on Amazon Prime Video and the main antagonist of season 2. He is the CEO of VoxTek Enterprises, a multimedia conglomerate operating in Hell and a member of The VVV Triumvirate.

Vox is a tall and slim-figured, technology-themed demon who stands at approximately 7 feet. He sports a flat-screen television for a head, with the monitor projecting eyes with red sclera, small cyan pupils and different-colored outlines - black for his right and cyan for his left. The screen also shows a mouth full of sharp, cyan-colored teeth and a long pointed tongue similar to Valentino's but cyan. Sometimes what looks like blood seems to drip out of his mouth.

He appears to have dark navy-blue skin with sharp, cyan claw-like fingers.

Vox wears a navy-blue tuxedo with the jacket sporting coattails, red-trimmed cyan lapels, thin cyan stripes and cyan lining, worn over a red-and-black striped waistcoat which itself is worn over a collared bluish-white shirt with an upside-down broadcast symbol and a rather large, red bowtie. He also wears heeled dark gray dress shoes with cyan-colored laces, toes, and tips on the heels.

He also wears a black top hat on his head, with red and blue designs reminiscent of a broadcast symbol and radio wave symbol, respectively. He has TV antenna that stick out the top of the hat, the right one bent into a zigzag.

Vox's Full Demon or True Form is that of a giant anthropomorphic virus. He has 4 large arachnid legs tipped blue much like his fingers and an abdomen that protrudes from his back. The thorax connects to his torso and carries him aloft. His arms elongate and become sharper and stronger. Wires and screens extend and writhe from his shoulders. His actual legs become small needle like and vestigial. His right eye splits into two while his left eye is permanently on "hypnotize mode". His mouth becomes becomes jagged like that of a shark's jaw.

Vox in life was a weatherman known as Vincent Whittman who craved stardom and worship. He became a serial killer, murdering his coworkers and rivals to take their better positions at the Network he worked at until he finally owned the company. At the height of his power, he ran his network like a cult until he died, ironically having his head flattened when one of his television sets fell on him. When he died and went to hell he became a demon and introduced Hell to his media, and gained such epithets as The T.V. Demon and The Video Demon. Unlike his nemesis Alastor the Radio Demon, Vox is known to embrace new technologies and trends on the regular. However, while he is very charismatic he is not nearly as powerful or influential as Alastor, having to rely on the assistance and influence of the other Vees. Together, they maintain a brand and reputation of being incredibly competent and controlling over Hell, which Vox is very proud of. Despite his generally level headed and manipulative personality, Vox hates Alastor with a passion and is known to act incredibly irrational and childish whenever he is involved.

Befitting of one of Hell's 13 Overlord Sovereigns, Vox possesses a number of supernatural abilities which he uses to help maintain control over the sinners of the Pride Ring. His main ability is Electrokinesis. He is capable of creating, controlling, and becoming electricity. He can use this to control almost all electrical devices in Hell, to the point of being able to cause Hell-wide blackouts if sufficiently angered. He can also hypnotize people through with his left eye through his products and screens to continue paying attention to him and buy his products. In season 2, it is revealed that Vox is actively empowered by people watching and supporting him. By the end of the season he becomes the most powerful sinner in hell.

Vox is bisexual and is in an on-and-off again relationship with his fellow Vee Overlord: Valentino the Sex Demon.
