Site Lead — NotMeNotYou
The site lead oversees all operations of the site and should be contacted for important site matters, Takedowns, and Do Not Post inquiries. Appeals sent to this level will only be considered if they have been escalated from the admin level.
Bad Dragon Staff — Hal Greaves
The Bad Dragon staff member handles all advertising and corporate affairs. Do not contact them for any appeals or user infractions on the site.

Staff Lead — Rainbow Dash
The staff lead oversees all staff matters to ensure the highest standards of conduct are being followed. They should be contacted for appeals from the Janitor or Moderator lead, or for reports against staff members to include admins.
Administrator Team — furrypickle, spe
The admin team handles high level site functions such as the Tag Queue, records reviews, rule revisions, and other tasks as necessary. They should be contacted for appeals from the Janitor or Moderator lead.

The Moderator lead oversees all user disciplinary actions on the site and is the first stop for Moderator appeals. They should be contacted for contesting Moderator decisions, and further appeals should be taken to the admin level.

The Moderator team handles all user disciplinary actions on the site. They should be contacted directly for records and inquiries, and appeals should be directed to the Moderator lead.

Janitor Lead — Strikerman
The Janitor lead oversees all post curation on the site and is the first stop for Janitor appeals. They should be contacted for contesting Janitor decisions, and further appeals should be taken to the admin level.

The Developer team handles all technical work on the site. They should be contacted only for technical inquiries, bugs, and feature requests. Do not contact them for any appeals or user infractions on the site.
*Note: Some of these members also occupy Moderator or Janitor ranks, and may be contacted in relation to their work under those areas as well.

Artist Verification

Artists may request to have their e621 accounts verified.
Doing so lists their username on the artist page, and adds a checkmark next to the tag on any posts they upload themselves.

This functionality is completely free.
If you wish to have your account verified, please send a DM stating your username and artist tag to any one of these accounts:

Just one of these will do, as long as you upload artwork to that site.

Record Decay

Any record that is not a permanent ban will decay over time.
A negative record will become neutral after six months, and a neutral record will be removed entirely after six months.
This assumes that no more rules were broken during that time.

This process is not automatic.
